---+Algorithm hint for method to give a quiz (in lab 7)
   * Open the file (catching any possible IO exceptions and handling them by giving a message and returning)
   * Initialize any needed counters
   * Loop until there is no more data in the file
      * count the question
      * ask the question
      * if the user answered correctly, count it as a correct answer.  Use your constant here to make it more readable.
   * print out the stats for that quiz
   * close the file
