Displaying a month

• Display the name of the month (it need not be centered)
• Print enough blanks for the days being skipped to get to the first day of the month
• For each day of the month (1 to number of days)
  • print the day (NOT println)
  • add on to the day of the week
  • if Saturday was printed, print a new line
