   1. The U.S federal government has quite a few internships associated with different departments.  The Department of Energy ([[https://www.energy.gov/eere/jobs/internships-fellowships-graduate-and-postdoctoral-opportunities-0][website on internships]]) not only has links for its internships but at the bottom of the page lists many other federal agencies that have internships.  Most of these will include housing.
   1. When in doubt, google "computing internships".  There are many there.  You can also work remotely
   1. Check with !LinkedIn
   1. If pay is not an issue, check with local non-profits
